Bravely Second New Screenshots Showcase Cat User, Astrologist Jobs

Bravely Second, the new role playing game launching on Nintendo 3DS next year in Japan, has received some new screenshots and gameplay details.

The new screenshots showcase two new jobs, the Cat User and the Astrologist. The Cat User Job, which will be obtained by defeating the Asterisk Holder Minette Goroneze, will use axes and knuckles in battle as well as some special abilities like the Cat High Arts and Cat Arts, which allow players to summon cats by using items, Nenneko and Lie Down. A new Bravely Second trailer has been made available last week, showcasing the game’s main characters as well as several gameplay sequences such as battles, exploration and more.

Bravely Second will be released in Japan on April 23rd exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. No Western release has been confirmed so far but more news on the matter will definitely come soon. Considering how successful the first game has been in North America and Europe, there’s a good chance we will see the game getting released in the West sometime next year.
