Swatch watch on sale within three months: there is no charge to support mobile payments
According to Bloomberg, Switzerland watchmakers swatch (Swatch Group AG) plans to start selling in three months a smart watch, which will compete with the forthcoming Apple smart watches. Swatch CEO Nike·haiyeke (Nick Hayek), said in an interview, these smart watches will be using near-field communication NFC technology, without charge. He said that swatch watch also supports mobile payments service, compatible with Windows and Android software. This means that Hayek is preparing to compete head-on with the Apple, which will go on sale in April this year the smart watch.
