New Fire Emblem Game To Be Released In Japan During Summer 2015
Earlier this month, Nintendo revealed a brand new entry of the Fire Emblem series, which will come with gameplay features inspired by the previous entry of the series, Fire Emblem Awakening.
Even though the game has yet to receive an official name, it looks like Nintendo has a solid idea on when the game will be released in Japan. Following the company’s Q3 financial report, it’s been revealed that the New Fire Emblem game will be released in Japan sometime during Summer 2015. No news are currently available on the game’s Western release but it’s being rumored that it might be released during 2015 in North America, Europe and Australia.
Not much is currently known about the New Fire Emblem game. Judging from the footage shown during the latest Nintendo Direct, it looks like the game will feature the same pair system as Fire Emblem: Awakening. The game is currently under development by the same team that developed the previous game, with Yusuke Kozaki working on character design and Shin Kibayashi working on the game’s story. Satoru Iwata also revealed that the game will feature a choices system which will impact the game more than ever.
The new Fire Emblem game has yet to receive a final title. The game is currently in development for Nintendo 3DS and it will be released on a yet to be confirmed release date. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
