Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus New Screenshots Showcase Special Amiibo Jets
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus, the new entry of the Bandai Namco Games series launching in Japan on Nintendo 3DS tomorrow, has received a new batch of screenshots today.
The new screenshots showcase some of the jets that can only be obtained through amiibos like the Captain Falcon, Fox and Pac-Man ones. Some of the screenshots also showcase some color variations of already revealed amiibos jets like the Mario and Luigi ones and more.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus is one of the first third party games to support amiibos on Nintendo 3DS. Another Bandai Namco Games title, One Piece: Super Grand Battle X, also supports amiibos, which are used to unlock special outfits for the playable characters.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus will be released in Japan on January 29th exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. A Western release has yet to be confirmed at the time but there’s a good chance the game will get released in North America and Europe as well, considering the original Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy has been brought over. We will keep you updated on the matter as soon as possible so stay tuned for all the latest news.
