Bravely Second Japanese Demo To Be Updated On February 4th, New Features To Be Added
Bravely Second, the sequel to Bravely Default launching this April in Japan, has received a playable demo not too long ago, allowing players to try out some of the new gameplay features of the new Square Enix role playing game.
Square Enix has confirmed today that the Bravely Second demo is going to receive a new update next week. From February 4th, players will be able to check out a new Super AR Movie, use the Exorcist Job and take on some extra quests. The Super AR Movie will be available in higher quality if the demo is played on a New 3DS console.
Last week Bravely Second has received a new batch of screenshots showcasing Edea, some of the Asterisk Holders from Bravely Default, who will receive Edea’s judgment in the new game, the Asterisk Holder Panettone and some of the new jobs like the Astrologist and others.
Bravely Second is going to come with a lot of new features not seen in the previous game. Several new jobs have also been confirmed like the new Cat User, Astrologist and Patissier job, which has been revealed only recently.
Bravely Second will be released in Japan on April 23rd exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. No Western release has been confirmed so far but more news on the matter will definitely come soon. Considering how successful the first game has been in North America and Europe, there’s a good chance we will see the game getting released in the West sometime next year.
