Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae Demo Receives New Details, Technical Demo Planned
Final Fantasy XV, the new entry of the Final Fantasy series currently in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, is going to receive a playable demo called Episode Duscae in around two months. Some new details on this demo have emerged online today.
According to a new interview with Hajima Tabata, it’s been revealed that the demo will let players experience a cover system which has been inspired by the Overdrive System included in The Third Birthday. It’s also been confirmed that Cidney, the female mechanic revealed last month, will be in the demo.
Another really interesting news has been confirmed today. All those who won’t be able to play the Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae demo will get another chance to check out the game before release. Tabata san confirmed the team is planning a technical demo but there are currently no details on it as the demo is still in the planning stage.
Final Fantasy XV is currently in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A final release date for all regions has yet to be confirmed. The Episode Duscae playable demo will be included in all early copies of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, launching this March on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in all regions.
