Edea’s Appearance In Bravely Second Revealed By Famitsu

Bravely Second, Bravely Deafult’s sequel launching this April in Japan on Nintendo 3DS, is going to feature another of the main characters of the original game.

Edea Lee is going to be one of the main characters of Bravely Second, as confirmed by Famitsu earlier today. A small preview image of the next issue of the magazine, launching later this week, has revealed the new appearance of the character, as well as revealing that she is now the leader of the Imperial Guard knights and she’ll be judging Asterisk holders of the original game. Bravely Second is going to come with a lot of new features not seen in the previous game. Several new Jobs have also been confirmed like the new Cat User, Astrologist and Patissier job, which has been revealed only recently. More details on this job are also coming in the next issue of Famitsu.

Bravely Second will be released in Japan on April 23rd exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. No Western release has been confirmed so far but more news on the matter will definitely come soon. Considering how successful the first game has been in North America and Europe, there’s a good chance we will see the game getting released in the West sometime next year.
