Dragon Ball Xenoverse Playable Demo Now Available In North American GameStop Stores

A playable demo is now available for in North American GameStop stores for Dragon Ball Xenoverse, the new Dragon Ball game launching next month in all regions on consoles and PC.
The demo features 16 different playable characters, 11 taken from the series and 5 custom ones. The available characters are Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Future Trunks, Vegeta, Nappa. Raditz, First Form Frieza, a custom Saiyan Male, custom Saiyan female, a Namekian, a custom Majin male, and a custom Majin female. Online reports confirm that the demo is not yet available in all stores but it’s highly likely that more will have it available during the course of the week.
Two new off-screen gameplay videos have also been made available, showcasing matches between Frieza and Piccolo and Future Trunks and Kid Gohan. You can find them at the end of this post.
Last week Bandai Namco Games confirmed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be released later than anticipated in North America, Europe and Australia. The game has been delayed to ensure the “highest possible gameplay experience”. The game will now release on February 24th in North America and February 27th in Europe and Australia.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be released next month on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC during February 2015 in North America and Europe. With the game getting closer to release, we should expect more details to surface very soon so stay tuned for all the latest news.
