日本大阪大学20日在东京日本科学未来馆展出两款能够与人面对面交谈的机器人Sota和CommU。这两款外形拟人的迷你机器人装备了摄像头、扬声器和话筒等，在谈话过程中还能够面对谈话者，根据谈话内容选择事先录入的话语进行回答。对聊天机器人来说，最重要的是学习和分析能力，这样机器人才能更加智能更加接近人类的思维方式。
