The Internet industry of our country in the past two years has achieved a sustained, healthy and rapid development of the Internet users ranks first in the world in Internet usage scale innovation integration result obtained is increasingly prominent. As of the end of November, fixed broadband access across the country has more than 200 million users, which users have broadband access at 65.07 million mobile Internet users has reached 130 million households, accounted for more than 68% in the mobile phone. Broadband has reached 557 million mobile users, accumulates until the end of November when the national value-added telecommunication enterprises has exceeded 20,000, revenue has exceeded 250 billion, an increase of 20% per cent.

Especially the traditional manufacturing industry joined forces with Internet connection and to further optimize the allocation of resources of the whole society. At present, China’s economy has entered the new normal, the Ministry will further implement the Central Government’s boosting domestic demand growth, promoting stable economic development of the spirit, in order to further promote the rapid development of information consumption.
First, further implement the strategy of broadband access, efforts to strengthen the construction of network infrastructure. Second, we should vigorously promote two of fusion, intelligent manufacturing, networking and other areas of development. Promote Informationization and industrialization of depth, actively promoting the development of the Internet economy. Third, increase the intensity of management, safety and security. Includes improving the Internet infrastructure, e-commerce, information security, Internet financial laws and regulations, strengthen market supervision to ensure network security and user’s legitimate rights and interests of, economic development for the Internet.
